My carpool passengers in Nomad haven’t responded since I approved them

When you approved them, you should have received an email with their contact information and preferred method of contact. If you haven’t already, make sure you use that to reach out to them.

Check them out on social media, if possible, and have a live conversation with them. If they haven’t responded after a while, you can always change the approval to “deny” and free up that seat for a new request.

If you are concerned about the lack of response or notice a pattern, contact the campaign or organization administering Nomad to see if they are able to get in touch with your potential passenger.
