Pro Tip: Create a Mesh Network to Extend Your Field Office Wifi Range

If you find that you’re unable to cover the office with one device, we suggest extending your network range.

If you can run wire between your main wireless router and your secondary, use a wired backbone. It's more reliable and leaves more bandwidth on the air for your actual computers. Another option is to replace your main router with a meshing one (Google WiFi preferably). To create a large mesh network, get a 2nd or third. In all cases, we don’t recommend using a wifi range extender. We’ve found that they can drop your network speed + reliability by more than 1/2.
